INTERBIAK, Bizkaiko Hegoaldeko Akezesibilitatea, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as INTERBIAK, S.A.) is a public company of Provincial Council of Bizkaia (DFB)/ Bizkaiko Foru Aldundia (BFA), which, among other activities, carries out the following public actions in the road infrastructures of the Historical Territory of Bizkaia:

• Carrying out of studies and projects and promotion, management and direction of road infrastructure construction
• Conservation, maintenance and operation of road infrastructures.
• Management and operation of the AP-8 motorway between Basauri and the border with Gipuzkoa.

Management and Operation of the Bilbao Southern Metropolitan Bypass (VSM) and the Artxanda Tunnels.
