abertis telecom is positioned as the leading group in the terrestrial telecommunications infrastructures and services segment in Spain and as an international benchmark operator in the satellite transmission sector, after becoming the reference partner of the operator Hispasat (57,05%).

abertis telecom has the leading network of sites for the broadcasting and distribution of radio and television signals in Spain. More than 3,200 sites throughout Spain enable it to provide audiovisual signals to more than 12 million homes.

abertis telecom facilitates the incorporation of new services in the DTT environment, such as High Definition broadcasting tests. Association of Specialised Companies in Special Foundations and Ground Engineering

The AETESS Association was constituted in 1977 with the aim of supporting an emerging market of companies dedicated to special foundations, ground improvement and ground treatments. Since then, it has maintained its initial commitment to provide the sector with an Association that represents the high levels of quality, safety and professionalism that are found in its associated companies, leaders in the special foundations and ground engineering industry.

AETESS is an organisation that brings together the efforts of its members to publicise, disseminate and improve the state of the art as well as new advances in special foundation techniques, ground improvement and treatment.

In order to achieve this, AETESS has established solid and permanent collaboration links with the main public bodies, professional associations and standardisation bodies in the sector with which it promotes joint actions and projects aimed at favouring the industry and publicising the extensive experience of the specialist companies, which reach the highest technical levels in the sector on the international market.

AETESS develops its activities through Working Committees that represent a common space where companies work together for the continuous improvement of the fields: Technical, Safety, Labour, Training, Sustainability and Communication, they are in charge of developing and implementing all the projects developed by the Association in their organisations, promoting collaboration networks and giving continuity to the work.

These collaboration networks have been particularly useful in their work on safety, training and qualification of the human resources of the companies for which specific training plans have been jointly designed and implemented for their most qualified workers, who, given the high level of technicalisation of their work, require special attention and monitoring. A Professional Card has been created for them, which guarantees the quality and excellence of the training of these professionals and ensures their preparation and skills.

En proyectos de túneles en particular, acumulamos más de 480 kilómetros de experiencia en túneles de diferentes tipos. Ya sea mediante tuneladoras, nuevo método austriaco, cut & cover con diámetros de hasta 14 metros, ofrecemos servicios en diferentes ámbitos como el transporte o el de suministro de agua. En este área ofrecemos servicios de estudio de viabilidad y costes, diseño funcional y topológico de túneles y evaluación de alternativas, al igual que análisis de instrumentación y monitoreo geotécnico. También realizamos análisis de métodos de construcción y especificaciones de tuneladoras o diseño de revestimiento de segmentos de hormigón prefabricado. Trabajamos el drenaje e impermeabilización, cut & cover y la mejora de suelo. Por último, proveemos asistencia técnica durante la construcción y realizamos inspecciones y rehabilitación de túneles existentes.
